The visit itself was fine. Not great… the iron in the room didn’t work it’s seemed like a runner down billing. I called to ask a question about my bill about 9:30 pm 4/21. All I asked was why I got the first bill @ 3am and a 2nd for $20 more @ 1pm. He spoke to me like I was stupid and then he hung up on me. I called back and asked if we accidentally got hung up on. He said “Oh oh yes we did”. It’s incidentals, it’s a temporary charge even though it was not on the 1st bill. So then I said maybe instead of being a rude MF he could have told me this the first time I called. I then hung up He then called me back and told me he was reporting me to his manager and he would make sure I got reported to Marriott. I can stay anywhere, guess it won’t ever be Marriott again.

Wonderful hotel, safe area, clean; room was spacious, the sofa bed was comfortable, nice walk in shower, staff was friendly. Zero issues. Bed was comfortable, pillows plush, parking was well lit even in back of hotel. Outside pool area was spacious and inviting. Gym had lots of equipment and open 24 hours

Hotel halls are warm. Lobby climate is good. The room was very large . They upgraded us to a suite for being Bonvoy member. Very large suite with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and plates, utensils, etc. Very large work area. The room was clean. The sheets are not very comfortable, but the bed was fine. The AC ran off and on all night to keep it cool enough and it was loud. The staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast were good as was the”relaxation time” snacks and free drinks in the evening. Sitting areas are nice in lobby area. We were attending a funeral at St. Ignatius down the road and it was a very short 5 min drive. There are many nice restaurants close. Price and location were key for us. Overall a good stay.

You get what you pay for sometimes, but we were still surprised to see an unclean room with crumbs on the countertops and desk. Good thing we had Lysol wipes. One of the outlets was pasted on the wall with glue (still partially open). The carpet was badly stained and the bed sheets were clean but not tucked in. When we walked in, the room smelled like a locker room - you pick the team! Ugh. The only reason we gave it a 2 is because of the location. The hotel appeared neat on the surface but it just didn't measure up to what I would have expected from a Westin hotel. On the way out I saw dead bugs the lobby. This stay was definitely an element of surprise!

Stay 2 nights at hotel. Like the look of the hotel. Very clean lobby. Check-in procesa was fast. I enjoyes the room we booked. It has full Kitchen. Staff is great. They have bunch of food place near the hotel.
